Project Summary
The project consists of the development of a technological add-in aimed at the construction sector, capable of estimating the expected evolution of material costs based on historical data from global markets and probabilistic simulation models.
The solution will allow the integration of information from BIM/Revit models and perform automatic analyses on the volatility of material prices, such as steel or concrete, using statistical models and price-trend simulations. The system will provide forecasts of minimum, average, and maximum cost variation, both at the overall project level and per construction element.
The aim is to provide a decision-support tool capable of improving the financial control of construction projects, enabling the anticipation of budget deviations, supporting purchasing and material stocking decisions, optimizing treasury needs, and increasing efficiency in real-time cost management.

Project Summary
The project falls under the initiative “Support for Business Models for Digital Transition (Coaching 4.0)” and aims to support the digital transformation of the StoneBrick brand, owned by DATACARDINAL, through the renewal of the visual identity and the creation of a modern, optimized digital presence focused on customer relationships.
Within the scope of the project, a new corporate branding will be developed, including positioning strategy, visual identity, and graphic standards manual, as well as a new institutional website focused on usability, SEO, user experience (UX/UI), and integration of digital communication and analytics tools.
The solution includes features such as advanced search engine optimization, integration of interactive forms, WhatsApp chat, newsletter, analytics tools, dynamic content, and post-launch technical support.
With this investment, DATACARDINAL aims to strengthen its digital visibility, improve points of contact with customers and partners, modernize institutional communication, and increase the company’s competitiveness in a context of growing digitalization of professional and technological services.
